Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person concluding a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion (i.e., the date you place your order and make payment).

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Express Consent for Immediate Performance

When you place an order with LetsLand, you expressly request that we begin the performance of the service (AI-powered landing page generation and delivery) immediately, before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

By checking the digital content waiver checkbox during checkout, you acknowledge that:

1. You expressly consent to the performance of the service beginning before the withdrawal period has expired
2. You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed
3. The service is considered fully performed when we deliver the completed landing page to you

When the Right of Withdrawal Expires

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• We have fully performed the service (i.e., delivered your completed landing page), and
• The performance began with your prior express consent, and
• You acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
