2. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for our landing page creation services.

  1. The consumer has expressly requested that performance of the service begins immediately (Article 16(m))

4. What We Offer Instead of Refunds

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction and provide the following:

4.1 Unlimited Revisions (Within Package Scope)

Standard Package (£450):

  • Two rounds of revisions included
  • Changes to text, layout, colors, and design elements
  • Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial delivery

Premium Package (£1,500):

  • Unlimited revisions included
  • Changes to text, layout, colors, and design elements
  • Revisions must be requested within 60 days of initial delivery

What qualifies as a revision:

  • Text changes (headlines, body copy, calls-to-action)
  • Color scheme adjustments
  • Layout modifications
  • Image replacements (using your provided images)
  • Font changes

What does NOT qualify as a revision:

  • Complete redesign (changing to a different template)
  • Adding features not included in your original package
  • Changes to scope (e.g., adding additional pages)

4.2 Technical Support

Standard Package:

  • 30 days of technical support after delivery
  • Bug fixes and technical issues resolved at no cost
  • Email support (response within 24-48 hours)

Premium Package:

  • 60 days of technical support after delivery
  • Bug fixes and technical issues resolved at no cost
  • Priority email support (response within 12-24 hours)

4.3 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that your landing page will:

  • Function correctly on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Be mobile-responsive and display properly on all screen sizes
  • Load within 3 seconds on standard broadband connections
  • Be free of technical errors and broken links

If your landing page does not meet these standards, we will fix the issues at no additional cost.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

While our no-refund policy is firm, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

5.1 Service Failure (Our Fault)

If we are unable to deliver your landing page due to technical issues on our end, we will:

  1. First attempt to resolve the issue and deliver your landing page
  2. If resolution is impossible, offer a full refund

Examples of service failure:

  • Our AI systems are permanently unavailable
  • We experience a catastrophic data loss affecting your project
  • We are unable to generate a landing page after multiple attempts

This does NOT include:

  • You are unsatisfied with the AI-generated content (revisions are available)
  • You changed your mind about your business or project
  • You provided incomplete or inaccurate information

5.2 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, we will refund the incorrect amount immediately.

Examples of billing errors:

  • You were double-charged
  • You were charged the wrong package amount
  • Your payment was processed after you canceled (before work began)

5.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If your payment was made fraudulently (e.g., stolen credit card), we will cooperate with your bank and payment processor to resolve the issue.


6. Cancellation Before Work Begins

6.1 Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order only if you contact us before we begin work on your landing page.

How to cancel:

  • We will confirm if work has begun

6.2 When Work Begins

Work begins immediately after payment when:

  • Our AI systems process your business information
  • Content generation starts (typically within 5-15 minutes of payment)

In practice: Because our AI systems begin processing immediately, cancellations are rarely possible. You should be certain of your purchase before completing payment.

6.3 Cancellation Refund

If you successfully cancel before work begins (which is rare), we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.


7. What to Do If You're Unsatisfied

If you are not satisfied with your landing page, follow these steps:

7.1 Step 1: Request Revisions

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery, including:
    • Your explicit consent to immediate service performance (checkout checkbox)
    • Proof of content generation and delivery
    • Records of any revisions or support provided
  • If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, you may be liable for chargeback fees (typically £15-25)
  • Your account may be permanently terminated

8.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after receiving and using our service constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to:

  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to payment processors and credit bureaus
  • Pursue legal action to recover losses and associated costs
  • Ban you from future use of LetsLand
